Licensing & System Integrity
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to interact with our digital infrastructure. You agree not to deconstruct, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary management interfaces. Any breach of system integrity terminates this license immediately.
Strict Compliance RequiredData Accuracy & Responsibility
While our system utilizes advanced cartography algorithms to visualize your information, the ultimate veracity of the input remains with the user. Orient Data Cartography is not liable for business decisions made based on erroneous datasets provided by the client.
Shared Responsibility ModelService Availability & Throttling
We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, maintenance within the Bangkok timezone may occasionally result in brief windows of downtime. We reserve the right to throttle access if automated scripts threaten the stability of the management nodes.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, Orient Data Cartography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orient Data Cartography and its officers from any claims arising out of your misuse of the system, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party intellectual property through the data you upload.
Notice for Southeast Asian Operations
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
User Compliance Checklist

Users are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their access credentials for the system.
